Best point: Getting my GCSE results :amazed:
Worst point: Getting into the wrong crowd of people who used me to get things! My old 'mate' stole my phone, some of my clothes and all my grandads cigarettes! That's the last time I'm going to have a best friend

Highs
Getting by in Uni.
Getting closer to my Father. Probably the first year we haven't come close to blows with each other for a while.
Meeting someone who made me feel good (at the time).
Niece growing up
Going Egypt with 5 of my mates. Legit one of the best times I have evr had. Beautiful country, truly beautiful.
Lows
Another breakup
Falling away from many of my great School/College friends. Miss those days deeply.
Haven't really achieved anything of major significance this year.
A fairly **** year of Sport.
Overall, it's been a meh year, far from bad, hardly good. There are some memories which will stick forever though.

Best points: Meeting Jason Orange, meeting Olly Murs, my trips away to England and their various adventures, my holiday to Portugal, other little things.
I've had something happen every month except January this year which was great. I saw Olly Murs live in February, went to London(and met Jason) in March as well as a trip to see a friend Bristol, went to see McFly with Nicky in April, went to Manchester to SoccerAid in May, went back to Manchester a week later in June to see Howard DJ with Nicky and our friend Sophie, saw Victoria Beckham in July, it was my birthday in August, went to Portugal in September, went to London in October, met Olly Murs in November and I meeting Steve Peacocke from Home and Away this weekend so that's December.
Low points: restlessness in the summer and the stress of final year in the last few months. Overall though top notch year.

Worst: Mum diagnosed with depression, threatened with eviction, eventually having to move, having her on the phone every other day in Spring at Uni just complaining and bringing me down. Failing first year. Spending the first 2 months of uni without money.
Best: Being let back in on appeal, living with far far better housemates, meeting Greg & Mark on my birthday, this Christmas and the overall better-ness of the new house. Receiving really thoughtful and lovely presents from interwebfolk~ in the post.

Fortunately, not everyone is the same. You will find a new best friend one day, who will be there for you, and like you for who you are, not what they can get. We all have to put up with idiots along the way. Don't let them put you off friendships.

Good: the Olympics, getting my iPhone, going to Paris in the summer.
Bad: well the worst thing that happened to me all year was definitely the seizure I had in central London in August. :idc:

Highs: Going to London on my birthday, ********, Olympics, getting closer to a whole new bunch of people since the start of Year 11, playing Elder Scrolls, listening to Alanis Morissette, being drunk, having way more self-confidence, Gangnam Style taking over everything
(nothing else really happened LOL these are barely even worth mentioning as "highlights")
Lows: Being even bitchier than usual, going through about 2 months where I turned everyone against me by ignoring people and being a dick, the fact I can't remember anything big that actually happened this year, two of my best female friends having a "fall out" in September over our male best friend (we were a group of 4 for ages) and they still have not made up or spoken in 3 months
This year was so boring. Every other recent year I remember so many massive events that were both good and bad in my life but this year seriously lacked them.

good point: finding out my biological father isn't dead and getting in touch with him
bad point: him dying a week before Christmas. :(
Trying to get in touch with him after may have been even worse, if there's any silver lining it's that one. Sorry for your loss, very poor timing. :bawling: And for everyone's losses, seeing a lot of that in 2012. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp32/sharkattack_torrential/weep.gif
Best: getting employment that took us out of our comfort zone to do something new and interesting with tons and loads of new people
Worst: I didn't get my iPhone, iPad, and iPad Mini for Christmas like I so wanted. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp32/sharkattack_torrential/shifty.gif Or more politely and sincerely: death, war, hunger, and general misery. Personally, the year was fine.

Highs - It's been a really dull year for me actually... The last couple of months though I've found myself in my creative stride and I'm creating some great work... next step is to actually show it to people.
Lows - General dealing with my anxieties, trying to battle them with the knowledge that it's holding me down and just failing every time.
