Why when they refused would you let someone else do it? The idea is to let them suffer because of Spencer and Heidi's actions, not undo them so they have no effect.

They're Celebs though, the producers are probably sh**ting themselves that they'll walk if they treat them too badly

Yeah they should've made it harder. But then it might've looked like those two were dictating the show
