Found this relatively recent article on Elizabeth on the 'Cumbria Online' website:
BIG BROTHER BOTHER TRACKS LIZ DOWN TO CUMBRIA FELLS

ELIZABETH Woodcock, of Channel 4 Big Brother fame says her Cumbrian roots helped keep her feet on the ground during the filming of the nine-week series last summer. Originally from Milburn near Appleby, the former Appleby Grammar School pupil has remained firmly down-to-earth since her departure from the Big Brother House.
Elizabeth, 27, said: "I took pictures of Cumbria into the house with me and I remember Josh, another contestant, saying 'You really come from nowhere don't you. I mean, there are just no houses.'"
Elizabeth left Cumbria when she was 18 to take up a place at Durham University. She now lives in Edinburgh, although she says Cumbria will always be her home. She said: "When people ask me where home is I say Cumbria, not Edinburgh.
"One of the worst times on the show was the second Friday night when the first person left. An overwhelming sense of sadness and longing for the things I knew came over me. "But this is where coming from Cumbria stands you in good stead.
"The diary room people found it odd that I wasn't more emotional. It's not that I am not emotional, but come on, it's a TV show that is going to last for, at the most, nine weeks.
"When I lived in Cumbria, people outside the county would talk about the 'spade's-a-spade mentality' and I didn't understand. Now I do - don't make things too fancy or complicated, just get on with it."
Elizabeth recalls how after leaving the Big Brother House she returned to Cumbria for "peace with familiar faces".
She said: "We visited Haweswater. I reckoned the Walkers Inn at Haweswater wouldn't attract Big Brother watchers. I was right about the clientele, but had to plead with the girl in the kitchen not to scream again or ask me for any more autographs."

Quite an interesting article, but she really doesn't give much away. No mention of whether she and Steve are still together, for example.
