I don't know a specific site that has any, but you can make your own in Photoshop, or maybe ask some folks on here. There's some talented people that might be happy to help!

right go to control pannel at the top of the page and then go to edit profile then scroll down to signature and copy and paste this into the signature box but take away the stars that i have out i have put in
