Is it ignorant to suggest that? Or do people that do say there is no such thkng as aliens etc just not have a grasp on space?

For the universe to be so vast and mostly undescovered there must be life out there. Not that i believe they have visited us nor do i think they will but there must be some life, of what form i dont know but its out there

Or is it all just made up propaganda to scare everyone?

I think there are other forms of life, but we don't know what they look like. Who knows? They could be same as us!

It's difficult to be ignorant when we don't have a fraction of the evidence. There will be life out there somewhere, it just depends where it is on the evolutionary scale.

Alone in the solar system? Yes. Alone in the universe? No.

We may well be alone in our solar system, very unlikely we are in the universe though

For the solar system I don't think it's ignorant to believe we're alone. None of the other planets are able to support life. A couple of their moons might be able to (like Jupiter's Europa), but the lack of extensive research and the obvious complications that it would have stops us from finding out just yet. So it's sort of a 'true until proven false' thing in my mind.

The universe is another thing entirely though. With all the trillions of galaxies out there, one definitely has to harbour some kind of life. It's just too massive for it not to have happened twice.

Is God overseeing all the universe or just our planet?
