Anyone watch this? HBO show that just won the Golden Globe for best comedy, and comedy actress with its writer Lena Dunham.

It's pretty cute IMO, kinda similar to Nurse Jackie with its awkward, more normal take on young women... think of it as Sex and the City with social anxiety. And not awful.

SCOTT YOU SHOULD WATCH BECAUSE THERE'S A LOT OF SEX AND THEY'RE FIERCE AND CHRISTOPHER ABBOTT IS HOT

I have watched the Pilot but haven't seen anymore yet, thought it would be pretty **** like most American Comedies but judging from the first episode it has a pretty good story to it as well as being pretty funny, Reminded me a bit of an American version of Lip Service with a lot less Lesbian scenes

It gets so good  episode 3 was my favourite.

Series 2 started this week, on Sunday I think, and it was a really good first episode.

Towards the end of S1 Hannah becomes a bit of a selfish bitch and it's frustrating but the other three really come out of their shells and it's much more interesting, so best of both worlds I guess.

ok i hate this show now lena dunham is a ****ing whiney ****.

Christopher Abbott, who plays Charlie Dattolo, the love interest of Allison Williams' character Marnie Michaels on HBO's Girls, has left the show as it begins production on its third season, the New York Post reports.

Abbott seemed well-positioned for a strong third season, after his character had finally reconciled with Marnie in the Girls Season Two finale last month. But a source said Abbott and series star andcreator Lena Dunham were at odds with each other and that the actor "didn't like the directions things are going in."

A representative for Abbott said, "[Chris] is grateful for the experience of collaborating with Lena, Judd [Apatow] and the entire Girls cast and crew, but right now he's working on numerous other projects and has decided not to return to the show."

Abbott recently appeared in Burma, an indie film that premiered at SXSW last month, and will also have a role in the upcoming movie The Sleepwalker.

first two episodes of S3 are a lot better than S2, it's already more fun again  S2 got way too depressing and self-important.
