Vaguely reminds me of Meredith from the US version of The Office. She's a bit sassy but understated with it. I like her.

I'd probably say Frankie was the least bitchy though, can't remember him bitching about anyone apart from when BB forced him to and even then what he said about Speidi wasn't that bad at all compared to what they then said about him
