Yes, I watched it. I'm not sure how I feel about it but I have to watch this weeks episode. I didn't like the eye torture scene... especially the spoon part :/

I absolutely LOVED the first Series of the show!!!!:thumbs:
It was nice and dark with a severely black comedic twist but quite a mysterious and twisted storyline to it.
I hope they keep the same cast as the first Series (or those that are still alive anyway!). I loved the Welsh girl and the kids were great in it too, as was the 'guy with the eye'.:laugh:

Apparently the Americans are re-making this (they make themselves look so dumb by insisting on doing this with everything!) but it does sound like they're going all out on it.
It's being done by HBO and 'co-created' and directed by David Fincher!!!!
Not quite sure how you co-create something after it's already been created though.:huh:

The series just gets better and better though. I *****ing love it!!!
It's a brilliant story and i particularly love the amount of gratuitous violence. Simply splendid! :laugh:

Apparently it's a done deal.
HBO have commissioned it and Fincher has signed on.

Not sure what kind of timescale we're looking at as far as when it'll actually air. I just hope they don't ***** it up!

I've been watching the first series of this and it's sort of compelling but I also sort of haven't gotten into it, I feel like it's brilliantly shot and the story is quite intriguing but the execution is just off, somehow.

Would rather they relaunched the UK production, but at least the legacy lives on.
