It was fake, but the main thing is it was so silly and stupid. It really wasn't funny, it was an extremely vapid joke that definitely didn't deserve airtime.

Rylan actually got far too much airtime in that episode. I prefer the Americans to him, they have actually completely outplayed him.

It was great though humour at his own expense unlike speidi that attempt to gain votes at everyone elses expense(eg' were so entertaining' hell Ive had more fun cleaning my cooker than watching speidi tbh) ..good will always win over evil :D

Not everyone...Rylan has defended many a HM.. including himself

razor has been a superb HM up for a laugh and does all tasks..

claire is a great sport... also doing all tasks .. same with tricia taking part joining in.. (even though Im not a fan)

Speidi all they have defended is their inability to be good HM's every task ' not doing it' every DR 'bitching about someone' they ut themselves before anyone.. (pitiful specimens as human beings) and all they have done is reassured the viewing public that they are as much fun as being stuck in a lift for hours on end with nothing but crazy frog lift music playing :P so annoying in other words...
