Yes, "it's a game" in the grand scheme of things but all the housemates are living in the BB bubble (well, possibly not Rylan if it's true about him leaving for X Factor rehearsals but that's an aside) and just because "it's a game" doesn't mean that people don't have feelings or miss their kids, families, etc.

I also find the "we never liked any of you" line a bit naff as Spencer and Heidi have changed their minds a million times about whether they like anyone or not. They are basically emotionally immature and like someone if they think they are liked in return and hate them as soon as something bad is said. That's not playing a great game, it's acting like a little brat!

So, other than 'it's great TV' or whatever, do people actually like the way they behave?

To still be in the same house but different rooms for a couple of hours was no hard task at all.
They were beyond doubt as to this task, grossly selfish and I hope in future BB avoids putting couples in like these 2 together.
I dare bet had Heidi gone into the house alone and there was a letter waiting on a task resultfor her from Spencer, she would have expected others to walk over burning coals to make sure she got it.

I don't take the programme seriously, at least no more than most career-propping shows; however, the people taking part are still human, albeit of the 'celeb' species, so a little consideration of this would not go amiss.

Okay, I think Claire has gone overboard with the whole 'crying' thing, and moreover, I do believe it is only a few weeks in there, and that if you can't be separated from your kids for that period of time, then don't go in the house.

However, Speidi are just a disgusting excuse for so-called 'entertainment', who have not been brought up with any manners, etiquette, compassion or team spirit. They've so far dodged most of the tasks set by Big Brother, weakly somehow insinuating it could have an impact on their relationship (which can't be that strong from the outset if a couple of hours separation was refused), and furthermore, have seemingly been allowed to escape punishment, and virtually get away with murder (with the exception of the internet task). They expected to keep their basement room, and were outraged when Big Brother decided to pull it away from them, despite the fact it was clearly stated they would only go in there whilst things calmed down.

This couple are a let down to society, and I for one am glad they are not going to be integrated back into our society in the UK. Send them back to the USA, get someone to teach them some basic good manners, and never let them on another reality show. The HMs have not liked them from day one, thanks to the fake Rylan kicking it all off. Speidi are honest and to the point. If you miss your children that much then don't go into the house. Apart from anything else we all know that BB will give Claire her letter anyway.

I agree with you but some BB viewers hate American contestants full stop on the show, so they won't be fair on any issue to do with Speidi.

Just watched Spencer get aggressive on I'm a Celeb on Youtube, going nose-to-nose with a female contestant, hitting a bottle out of her hand, screaming in her face and trying to rip her bags off her, and my immediate thought was of him snivelling to Big Brother about fearing for his life when Razor was half as threatening to him. Man enough to intimidate women but s***s it when someone gives it back. Real classy.

What is this nonsense claim that they are brilliant game players one minute, and brutally honest the next? Make up your minds! The way they're playing the game is anything BUT honest. They even flip flop back and forth alone in the diary room, for goodness sake!

I can actually understand why people might enjoy watching them, I certainly have myself at certain points and have not wanted them out until the end, but that's something else entirely.
