Ian was bang right tonight, Speidi have gone too far. They are top of the polls for people that want them in the house, which is understandable as they are interesting as well as controvertia,l so its easy to vindicate their popularity, but on the other polls they are top by votes from people that dont want them to win. It is now easy to see why some FM,s have been fooled into thinking they have a chance of winning. There are no polls showing them to be the voters favs to win, people just want them there to basically laugh at and hate, thats a pretty damming indicment into what people think of them.

He also made a valid point, they have lost the mother and women votes now and even some of their supporters that liked them have deserted them due to their latest and unessessary act of nastiness. It no longer matters who or what they are, they will never win on these shores in any reality show and probably wont be invited back such is their blatant love of nastiness.

Really :conf: I don't think many people have been fooled at all, its not all about the winning its about keeping entertaining HMs in for as long as possible. The GBP are great at picking some sheet winners going on past experience and this year will be no different.:sleep:

Thanks Kazanne, I love writing them, but like so many, these antis are making posting a little less fun. It was great a few yrs ago with Aaron and then it went downhill with Deana, now its pretty scary. Healthy debate seems to be quashed this year by the sheer numbers of people hijacking anti Speidi threads, but like Chuff and your good self, we battle on and when the winning line comes we celebrate and the anti,s just slip away.

I know that obviously certain people find it entertaining when people, who obviously have no social morals at all, and thrive on upsetting and making other people's lives a misery all under the guise that they are "playing the game".

Personally Speide and their almost fanatical support has ruined this BB for me. I do not find them entertaining at all. I like the fun aspect of BB and this series there has been so much focus on Speide and confrontation and messing about with rules and regs that the series has just descended into chaos. I hope that this is a lesson learnt to the BB producers that no one should be bigger than the show no matter how much they have been paid and I hope that this doesn't set a precedent for future BB's.

Unfortunately every year this happens. People that love to pull the wings of flies troll the forum slagging people off and throwing their little one liners generally laced with insults and profanities supporting loosers, only to disappear and return the following year to do it all again and it never gets any better.

Putting up with it can be hard and occassionally someone pipes up and says so the wrong way driven by rage and boom, they get kicked off (rightly so BTW) but the underlying reasons are never looked at. For example.......

Last week in a post I was vitriolically challenged to find any sites that were posting nude pics of Heidi. I was called a scaremonger and a liar as they didnt exist......Naturally off I went and googled the subject and on the first pass, hey ho, I found some. Naturally I re posted stating the find, NOW THAT SAME PERSON POKES FUN AT ME FOR BEING A PERV AND TROLLING THE AIRWAYS LOOKING FOR PICS OF HER.

These anti anything but their favs are professional pains in the arse and normal posters like me are driven to dispair and either get banned or leave never to return and it happens every year. Obviously they remain and pick out their next victims. You only need to look at what crap me and Chuff have to deal with. Why do we get it, because we are passionat about our views, something that should be applauded not punished.

I love yours and Chuffs posts. It's ok supporting a housemate but sometime that support is just fanatical to the point where the rose tinted glasses are on and everything that particular housemate does is twisted to give them a positive spin. We all have our favourites but to never see anything wrong in what they do and hurl insults at people that do without backing it up with a reasoned argument is not on. You always back your posts up with well thought out and reasoned arguments. Lets be honest as much as Speide could be classed by some as entertaining to not see any wrong in some of their actions is unbelievable.

No, we should be voting for people that we would like to see win Big Brother. There are no rules on why people should vote this way or that way. I'm one of these people that say keep them in because they are interesting but don't let them win because they are knobs (even if it is just a game).

i will never say anything to anybody about how they put out their comments. though i dont get why some spell no one as noone. when i first saw that on the net years ago i was like wtf are you saying. i was reading it as noon-e lol. maybe its has something to do with what country you are from. idk.

I honestly find these 'They are good housemates but they shouldn't win' arguments ridiculous.

Wise up. We aren't electing a Prime Minister or deciding who should win a Nobel Peace Prize - This is Big Brother, we SHOULD be voting based on who has given us the best series over the past month.
And that's without a doubt been Heidi and Spencer, I honestly don't know why some people still decide their Big Brother winner based on how nice a person they are.

Who gives a sh*t? I'd vote Hitler the winner of Big Brother if he brought a few laughs and quality storylines to the show.

The people who don't find Speidi entertaining are the same people who thought Karissa and Kristina were rubbish TV and that Natalie Cassidy was the Nation's sweetheart.
