I agree, the episode was a tad predictable

I was obvious the wife was also in on it as well, and I dont understand why Bacon's character did not shot her in the leg or something to stop her running

One of the FBI characters has to be part of the cult as well

I thought that too, but the female cult cop might also be on it, she told Bacon not to go to the house when she sent the cop on his own as she knew he was going to be killed. Or maybe they are trying to hard to make her suspicious, but something strange about her. But I agree about the young guy, he is too wired how he knows everything about Bacons character

Just seen ep 4. I really have no idea what they're trying to achieve with this show. It's so slow and one-paced, without any real edge of the seat moments that you expect from a programme like this.

The one bit of potential for this, is given away by the scenes that actually precede the drama, so we know exactly how it will end, regardless of how grim things look for Ryan.

What the ***** was the point in showing the detective and Ryan having a conversation about where he could get in and save him? FFS - this show is infuriating. I'll still give it till the end of the season. The love triangle that's evolving isn't really achieving anything, and the flash backs every 30 seconds just add to how disjointed it really is.

God this show infuriates me.

Firstly, why are they talking about their house sex arrangements in front of the one guy they must hate most in the world? It just makes no sense. At least they finally decided to use that girl they Paul kidnapped for absolutely no reason, and the reason she was kidnapped ended up being she was needed later in the story for leverage with Ryan.

Then 2 guys are able to take down a Swat team. Why was that house not absolutely surrounded. It's a high profile case, and there is no way they'd stick 4 men in to sort the whole thing out.

I don't mind plot holes, but this show is getting so bad, that I can't overlook them anymore. Last weeks was a good episode, but this weeks was another fairytale. It's ****, and I''m not sure if I can make it through to the endo of the season.

This show is just s**t. They put the dumbest FBI agents in charge of Claire, and far too few of them, then Ryan takes her to a safe place but doesn't let anyone know. Instead of leaving the bug at the house, and disappearing, they wait alone and without backup for what they know will be a well trained group of determined assailants.

I'm not sure which FBI manual will tell them to just wander round the house and grounds, and stay out of cover as often as possible. I just can't watch it anymore.

I should have given up on it weeks ago, but I kept thinking it would improve. It's shockingly bad. The same plot happens each episode.. The FBI screw up, the bad guys get away and some new followers in positions of great power and responsibility show up.

The worst part about it for me is that Joe Carroll is not charismatic in the slightest. There's no way he'd be able to amass that number of followers.
