Feel The Force.

"Burger King dumps millions of products
supplied by firm at centre of horse meat
scandal days after claiming it was unaffected
Burger King confirmed it has ended its deal
with Irish firm ABP
Managers told to mark boxes of burgers
from firm with an 'X'
But staff are instructed not to remove
the meat until replacements arrive
Memo came three days after chain said it would
not withdraw products
The fast food giant will source meat from
another approved supplier
Until a supplier is found some products
on its menu may be unavailable"

Down Boy , Down Boy.

"Restaurant managers across the UK
have been told to box up Whoppers, Angus burgers
and patties in a safe area, and mark them with an “X” ready
for withdrawal.
Even tongs, pans and sinks used by staff
in the kitchens at 485 branches in the UK
must now be “cleaned and sanitized”.
Any dishcloths used in the clean-up must be thrown away.
Incredibly, a memo seen by the Sun shows staff
were told to continue serving the suspect
burgers over the weekend - until different burgers
from a new supplier came in."

It's not like they've been filling them up with mercury. Knowing it had horse in would not stop me going to BK, but someone in their testing department will be looking for new employment.

You should have gone with "Shergar King", Arista.

My take on it was that they were taking this precaution because they use the same supplier, not that there was actually a problem with their burgers.
