He's literally looking for any excuse to get the other housemates to slag them off, Ryan said it was not a problem but Rylan would not drop it.

He's so full of left importance he thinks he has more of a claim over snow than the others.

I think Rylan is doing this because he knows it will get him air time and he also knows the public don't like Speidi (or so he thinks). The boos for Speidi will be music to his ears and he will (actually does) play on that assuming that is what the public wants.

clearly not since he didn't start an argument and specifically said he wasn't going to. he has no idea who is liked outside of the house, speidi have survived a few evictions, so he has no reason to believe they are disliked besides the boos.
