Spencer doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who cries every day - as attested by his wife.
There's no doubt in my mind that those were real tears.

But for anyone for whom tears are just another tool of the trade, of course, they were simply crocodile tears.

Then Rylan's either quite unforgiving - or if he couldn't see that they were real tears, not as much of a 'people person' as he imagines ?

I actually think he is. If you go through the checklist, he matches pretty much every single criteria. Also, sociopaths are often great at mimicking emotions, but that's completely different from actually having them.

i believe the tears were real. i think when razor said he considered spencer a friend it threw him for a loop and he was real for a second. like he said hes not an actor. he can definately be a prick but i think that was real

At least there were actual tears when Spencer cried, unlike Rylan!
There wasn't one single occasion when Rylan 'cried' that he shed tears, even when he won he was 'crying' and wiping away non-existent tears. He's as fake as they come!!!
