This was at Helens birthday party in the house and she and Paul were just outside having a yap. She was saying how she didnt fancy anyone but it was clearly obvious as time went on, that she did fancy him at this point and he had something for her. Look at their body language. Love em!!:love:

He did look Stunnin!!! Mind you, if you have the tapes and can look back you will notice Paul looked very relaxed, happy and stunnin' right up to the time he was nominated about the second time. After that he became progressively more tense and drawn.

He was being very sweet to Helen that night, supposedly he was advising her to be a little more tactful! Meanwhile, back in the house and looking on, Penny was feeling jealous and Narinder was starting the 'boring' comments..................

1. ) This was when they were mucking around and Paul was pretending to be hypnotised by saying he loved Helen. This wasnt the time when their 'love for each other' was obvious but it was getting there. I remember watching this and I caught only half of it and I thought they were for real - I got so excited but then when watching it recordered I realised it was just a little joke.

2.) Same moment! :spin2:

3.) This was just an average night - nothing specific whcih I remember, just mucking around in the hot tub early on in the series.

4.) One of my favourite moments!!!!:love: It was around about the time Bubble was up for eviction with Paul and their feelings for each other were starting to come to fore. I stayed up til 2 in the morning watching them chatting, comforting each other, flirting. They just sat on the bed for about 3 hours. chatting. I knew so much they liked each other.:love:

5.) Seems pretty early on cos Paul has his crutches. Or were they Bubbles? Dont remember it being a specific time in their relationship (listen to me, eh?!!), just chatting in the garden.

Oh what a treat - all these lovely pics to look at. Its amazing how just by looking at the photos you are taken to back and can remember exactly when they were taken and what was being said at the time. Brings a real glow to this old heart of mine. Looking at them again makes you realise just how right they always have been for each other.:love::love::love::love:

I thought the 4th one was when Paul had to put Helen to bed when she was completely and utterly bladdered on the night of Brian's birthday. By this time she had made a pass at Bubble, thrown up in the sink, said 'I miss my friend RHODA ' in the diary room, and just said something very disgusting re: Big G to Paul. Poor lad just put his hand over his eyes in embarassment for her, always as ever conscious of the cameras.

The last one was when Bubble was holding forth about his past trangressions with Cocaine and being a complete waster. Amma was there as well.

Amma said something like "taking cocaine isn't that bad, it's just like smoking pot in London". Paul said "No it's not at all" (Wise man)

Helen then came up with the line
' I don't nothing about drugs. I seem so sheltered, nothing ever happens in Wales'

Paul looked across at her and laughed saying 'In the vall-eys'. He was on his crutches, as you will note he looked stonking, and I did think, mm, .......she's got herself up close there!
It was week two

Not that I would know for sure or anything :blush::blush:

You are so right Disolady, but I also think it said those special words towards the end of their last night in the den. It was very quiet and then, as if Paul had whispered something, Helen says What and then Paul utters the words I love you followed by a lot of cuddling and heavy breathing. :love::love:

You've just confirmed my family's view of me CC - I was looking at your pics and going Aaaaahhhhhhhhhh aren't they lovely and all I got was - Oh my god she's at it again. They have come to the conclusion that after this weekend I will either be 'cured' (no chance) or ten times worse.

The aftershow pictures were taken at the occasion which prompted Helen and Paul to contact heat with their story.

Apparently they were terribly harassed the whole evening, and one of the reporters pulled Helen's hair to get her attention.

Mr Clarke decided in his own inimitable way the enough was enough and that it was 'completely out of order' (as you'd expect), so the next morning they rang up and offered their story in return for a donation to their favourite charities in lieu of a fee.

The next one was one of the several occasions Helen cut Paul's hair - posibly on the day of the romantic date.......

The third one was after the meal when Helen asked Brian to kiss her on the cheek before he went to bed and got a big slobbery snog instead. Horrified as she was, she was still loathe to let go of Paul's hand to push Brian off!

The fourth is their last Monday evening, in the den, just after Paul gave in a gave her the big cuddle she'd been angling for all night, looking helpless and fluttering her eyelashes at him.......

Fifth, back to Brian's Birthday night, and Helen well gone, then the moment when Paul scooped Helen up during the romantic date, and took her over to the cushions. Then, in complete contrast to her behaviour and conversation all night she told him he shouldn't have done it!

Poor old Paul, the gent that he was, he immediately apologised and got up, helping her to her feet. She looked REALLY disappointed!!


Such happy memories again, thanks cc.

Awwww - lovely pics!! I love the one with Paul and Helen at the premiere because it was the time, when even though it was annoying for them to keep getting harassed by the press, it was exciting finding out snippets of information on the two of them.
I think you could be right ROB about that fourth pic, it could well been the night of Brians party - but I do remeber that moment I explained and was one of my fave meries of P&H!!!:love:

The picture of Helen cutting Paul's hair was part of one of my favourite moments. Its when she asks him what he's doing that night and he was he's taking out this blonde girl who his mate reckons is easy ....... Helen then smiles and deliberately 'pulls' Paul's hair making him yell. Oh the flirting that was going on then. :hugesmile::hugesmile:
