Hope I'm not the only one that used to love this...Ant and Dec's best show by a clear mile if you ask me, and it's been away far too long :( anyway, it's back at the end of the month! So excited, been waiting for this for years! :D

I think they should bring back Little Ant and Dec back as a one-off cause I'd love to see what they look like now, must be nearing 20 I would've thought. I saw a picture of one of them a few years back and it was weird :o

But yeah, it's been four years and long overdue. They announced it was coming back in November 2011 so the wait has been pretty long! Oh well :D

They were also filming new opening titles yesterday.

Nah, they just wanted to rest it for a couple of years while they launched Push The Button and tried a few other things, they were always going to bring it back they said, but I don't think the intention was to have a four year gap.

Great start to the series tonight, so glad it's back :D missed the traditional surprising a member of the public (Home Run, Jiggy Bank, Mouse Trap) though, the Super Computer thing doesn't seem as good. And I also missed Grab The Ads, not sure why they didn't bring that back.

Some great new features though...the thing with Louis was hilarious ('I've made it, I've really made it :laugh2:), The Apprentice spoof to find a new Little Ant and Dec was great and the new undercovers look fantastic too (especially the Jeremy Kyle one!).

The 'End of Show' performance with Robbie was alright but not a patch on the Christmas ones they've done with him before...everybody has to like them :love:

I like the set too but not keen on the titles :suspect: anyway, good start!

They're way too young. The old ones were around 9 or 10 when they started and were at an age where they could follow a script better, these two just go off on a tangent and it becomes awkward rather than funny. I get that they've picked younger kids so that they hopefully won't have to replace them for a very long time (if at all) and are hoping they'll grow into their roles but they simply have nothing on James and Dylan tbh.

ITV today announces the recommission of Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, confirming that the hugely popular series, from the twelve time National TV Award winners, is to return to screens in 2014.

Produced by ITV Studios, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway is currently averaging an impressive 7.1 million so far this series; making it the show’s most watched series since 2005.

Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway exploded back onto screens this February with a host of huge scale stunts, hilarious sketches, and appearances from a whole host of A List stars.

Cameras have been turned on members of the public as the Geordie duo have sprung surprises on both the studio audience and viewers live around the UK, with plenty of amazing prizes on offer.

Countless celebrities, from Alan Carr, David Walliams, Ashley Roberts, Sharon Osborne to Sir Terry Wogan have been live in the studio each week; introducing or taking part in the show and the challenges.

There have been laugh out loud antics in I'm a Celebrity Get Out Of Me Ear with Emma Bunton, Aled Jones, and Louis Walsh talking into a banana.

The only series on TV that says ‘Don’t just watch the ads – win them!’ returns to the our screens with a host of brand new stunts, surprises and shocks for the studio audience and viewers at home.

‘A’ list superstars will also be joining the fun live in the studio, but not even the biggest stars are safe as the Geordie duo lead some of their most ambitious celebrity set-ups.

This series sees Ant & Dec attempt some of their most difficult Undercovers to date including tricking close friend and fellow TV host Holly Willoughby on the set of Surprise Surprise. Whilst This Morning’s Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langford are among the stars forced take Ant & Dec’s instruction in a brand new I’m A Celebrity Get Out…of Me Ear!

Ashley Roberts will be back to challenge the pair to the ultimate duel in Ant V Dec, and whilst Little Ant and Dec may have already rubbed shoulders with Gerard Butler, Mila Kunis and Bruce Forsyth, this series will see them spring more cheeky questions on their new celebrity chums.

In the first show of the brand new series, Little Ant & Dec dust off their tiny suits for this year’s BAFTA award ceremony. The cheeky duo will unleash their unique interview style on some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

One lucky member of the studio audience will also be given the chance to play for the contents of a commercial break in Win the Ads, with spectacular prizes including cars and holidays on offer.

Each show will end in spectacular style as some of the world's biggest and best performers grace the Takeaway stage for a one-off performance that will come with its own unique surprise - you won't want to miss them!

Last series saw Ant & Dec scale a 50ft tower, trick the world’s biggest boyband One Direction with their Undercover guises, join Spelbound for a special one off performance and top the UK charts with ‘Lets Get Ready To Rumble’.

They cut to the second family on the studio screen while it was on camera before Dec had announced them, the audience went 'oooooh' and laughed and then when Dec read his line as he was supposed to they then cut to the third family instead spoiling it again, so when the third one was announced the people were just on their sofa laughing at how messy it was

Meanwhile, the duo once again play puppet masters when a number of famous faces, including Mel B and Gino D’Acampo, follow their instructions in I’m A Celebrity Get Out Of Me Ear!

The series features a brand new comedy whodunit Who Shot Simon Cowell?, which sees the TV talent show supremo gunned down at a birthday party, with a host of famous faces in the frame – including David Walliams, Keith Lemon, Louis Walsh, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, Olly Murs, Caroline Flack, Stacey Solomon, Ashleigh and Pudsey, Diversity, and even Ant and Dec themselves. I'm excited for this but I'm a little disappointed that Stephen Mulhern has taken over from Ashley Roberts. I like him on BGMT but it's sort of like ITV is trying to ram him down the viewers throats every 5 minutes with the amount of shows he presents. Nevertheless, I'll be happy for this to come back.
