But the line of work I have chosen to pursue will require that I'm not ugly. I mean, I've basically got my foot in the door, so I can't be a Glynn ~ But some peoples comments drain me of my self-worth.

A claymore is the Scottish heavy sword which is approx 6 feet long and used in battles most famously against the english. The one used in the successful battles against larger english armies

Claymores were the American Football team who played in NFLEurope league and adopted the battle sword as their helmet emblem as we had to play the London Monarchs and not so keen on englanders!

Claymores has also been used by the American military as the term for a pipe bomb type explosive - I like to think they were recognising that small Scots armies could be quite explosive when they invented the term
