I think it will, The captor has been asking for meds (Because the kid has autism) and toys for the kid. I think it'll end in the next week or so.

I wouldn't be so sure, apparently the captor is well known in the area and is an "end timer" who believes society will end very soon and normal law and order will break down. As such he has an underground bunker which is fully capable of withstanding any outside attack . It is very defendable and self sufficient with probably 2 yrs worth of food and water (if needed)

He is not coming out from there any time soon and when he does it will be his decision. So I think it's time to bring in the Negotiators.
