like it medium rare. i never liked steak when i was a kid. i did sometime in my teens but i realized all the steaks i had when i was a kid were well done. i remember chewing on the pieces forever. it felt like it. ended up tasting like a burger after a bit and not in a good way. i probably would of liked steak when i was a kid if it they were medium rare back then lol.
