I used to be a fried egg man through and through but the other morning a nice lass made me scrambled eggs that made me reconsider my philosophies on eggs forever.

Hard Boiled

I love eggs, and have them soft boiled, scrambled, poached or fried for breakfast, although I only have fried egg if I am cooking bacon/sausage etc in a pan (as opposed to the grill). Hard boiled I will have with a salad or on a sandwich, and I generally have an omelette on toast for lunch.

I picked soft boiled though. Great with soldiers for dipping.
