Not sure why this is even in the news tbh, I mean hundreds of thousands of verbal exchanges are made every day like this all over the Country. This is no different and although it is offensive once the comment was made no other action followed violent or otherwise.

So why this particular woman's rant should make it into the Daily Mail , well you tell me ??
