U2U Help

Please can someone help me for some reason I cannot access my messages. When I log in and check posts and even reply to posts that is all fine but if I click on U2U it does'nt do anything. Can somebody help me please. Something does flash across the screen but does'nt stay there.

I think it might be that the pop-up blocker might be turned on on Internet Explorer or Firefox.

So fristly we need to know what software you are using to access the site.

Thank you Red Moon for replying I do use Internet Explorer and although fairly useless with computers upon reading what you said about pop up blockers I investigated and found them all turned on. I have turned them off and I can now get into U2U.
