HELP ME. please.

Havent been on this in ages, hi everyone.

I've spent the past 2 and a half hours, in my room with nothing but my laptop and a bong and I have been writing my autobiography.

There is a word I can't spell - and I need someone to help me, because Google isn't doing the trick here and neither is Auto Correct.

The word means to be like a really big business man, or successful like Simon Cowell etc

It's the ending of the word is pronunced like 'pen-air'
