No they're not, they're human beings too and are perfectly entitled to their privacy. The fact that happenings like this constitute news at all, let alone in a national newspaper is pathetic. It is sad, I remember reading in a celebrity autobiography that the paparazzi literally lie in the gutter as female celebrities get out of cars trying to get pictures of up their skirts and the papers/rags/blogs pay way more for unflattering shots than good ones.

It's part of the culture sadly, but I dont think pictures of her eating are that bad. She looks fine sans the mayo smudge imo.
