I was waiting on a delivery today and I had to pop out for two minutes and I missed it and instead of slipping it through the letterbox or hiding it they left it with my neighbors.

I had to go around....AND SPEAK TO THEM.

I firmly believe in politely acknowledging your neighbor's existence BUT NEVER EVER TALKING TO THEM IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.

..LOL..you looney Dezzy..why didn't you leave a note on your door before you popped out, telling them to leave the parcel...then you wouldn't have had to go through such a traumatic experience.....are you ok btw..?...:hug:..that must have been horrible...

I literally had to drop a letter in the post box, i didn't think they'd come and go in the time I was gone s0b.

I think I'm recovering although a stretch in rehab for PTSD may be required.

..I'll make sure you get that monkey butler Dezzy but if you ever have to do anything like that yourself again, make sure you're armed with full body protection as well...these neighbours aren't to be taken lightly...at least they didn't ask you to come in for Earl Grey tea, otherwise we may have never seen you again....
