Right thats 30 points and that would do me nicely, kitchen with ingredients and recipes so that I'm eating right, a skylight so I'm getting some sun/daylight, cell phone for calling loved ones, satellite radio to listen to and a study for plenty of reading, workout room for keeping fit, hygiene products for the obvious reasons, and medical care just to be safe.
