Have a listen to the 911 call, it's crazy and the woman speaking is a nurse :/

..how anyone could just ignore that poor lady and choose to 'follow protocol' instead is just staggering...inhumane really...I don't know how people could agree to work somewhere with those sort of rules...what if it were their own parent that needed help and was just left to die....unbelievable..

I know and she says she's a nurse too, plus the 911 operator said they'd be the ones responsible

..she could have just asked any stranger off the street and they would have probably done it..but she wouldn't even do that, she just left her to die....I'd be interested to know if she's a mother because that old lady was possibly someone's mum...

Yes been on FoxNewsHD & CNNAmerica
all day
the problem is
its a private building. (Private Care Contract)

And the Daughter, a nurse,
says it OK about the staff.

..you would have to be a very cold person to not do anything when someone's obviously struggling like that...

I don't think that's the case Arista, the 911 operator says they wouldn't be responsible

no she couldn't be. The good Samaritan law stops the person trying to help from being able to be sued.

If you tried to do CPR on an 87 y/o woman, you'd probably break her ribs.

If I was 87 living in a care home i wouldn't want them to do CPR on me. When it's my time it's my time. I think it was just this woman's time to go.

..oh thanks Roy..I don't know how someone can do nothing or let anyone else help when someone is in such need, right in front of them..it's not something I can kind of get my head around...
