It really annoys when people go like "only 2 more sleeps" when a certain event is coming up. I dunno why, it's just particularly annoying LOL

Hate it when a stranger calls you Mate or Pal just always sounds a bit patronizing to me or even worse when a smackhead with teeth like a set of Chisels comes up to you with the old " Have you got any change lad i need to use the phone " when someone finishes a sentence with " Like " is very very annoying as well

It means you're agreeing with what someone says, I think it's actually a shortened version of Hear him, hear him, as in everyone should hear what that person is saying because you think it's right, sort of a thing.

"At the end of the day", especially when overused in a conversation. Some people just use it over and over again.

"With all due respect", you know something is going to come after this which, more often than not, will be disrespectful...
"With all due respect...your child is a bit of a nightmare". "With all due respect...you have become a bit of a porker"...and so on.

Yeah, this. Going "with due respect, this is absolute nonsense" may be true but the second bit totally outdoes the first, so why bother putting it in if you're going to insult anyway?
