you cant ever legislate against this totally, but targetting scum with knives is a start.
I also think police in this country read to look themselves in the mirror and repriorities. quit chasing old ladies parking on yellow lines after dark, or people who pee down lanes or drop fag butss.....and remember youre here to keep the public safe by fighting serious crime.....big cities are full of gang culture still as we saw with the riots a few years ago.
these scum need to be checked for knives regularly too....also what of the drugs fight (meow meow etc) towns have night clubs packed with crackheads and no one is arrested? are the cops being [paid off by the night club owners or what? this is all part of the same culture of violence , drugs, booze and abuse

True. They are still investigating various reasons as to whether she knew who did it or if it was a random attack!

West Midlands Police confirmed that the suspect has been sectioned under Doctor's orders.

I don't want to read the poor girls Twitter, it would be too upsetting whilst I know that her life has tragically been taken away:(.
