EMBARRASSED Big Brother transsexual Sam Brodie is nicked by a copper — for using a LADIES toilet.

The 19-year-old — who dresses and refers to himself as a woman — was spotted by a BB fan who called police.

Two cops arrived at the toilet in Southampton, Hants, to chuck Sam out — followed by another SIX in a van.

Sam said: “I couldn’t believe it. I always use the ladies’.”

Sam was the third contestant to be evicted from the current Big Brother.

Nah it was posted 28th July.
And I don't think it was a waste of police time (although there was probably too many police turn up for it). If a man walked into a female bathroom I too would expect him to be questioned.
