Do you get other members types of humour by reading thier posts?

Theres lots of members who's humour on here I get but I worry a lot that mine gets a bit misunderstood, like a lot of my posts are in a jokey/kidding on style and the replys I get to them sometimes make me worried that I'm coming across the wrong way.

In general we have a pretty weird sense of humour I'd say :laugh: There's nobody I'd say I didn't "get"

Some people are difficult to "get" as they blow hot and cold humour wise on some topics depending on who is posting in the thread.

I get most people's humour, but some people are more to my taste than others. For example Sheriff and Michael always make me laugh. :joker:

I like when somebody makes me laugh out of the blue. You have your funny members that always make you chuckle, but when somebody says or does something that wasn't expected is what tickles me the most.

Yeah I get that, you have to be careful that you don't unintentionally offend someone trying to be amusing, the worst is when you know a remark is designed to be annoying but you get the 'i'm only joking' gif or smilie.... not fooling anyone.
Sarcasm is ok but if you are using it to make other members look silly it's just rude not humourous.

I'm not a naturally funny person, so I certainly don't deliberately try to make people laugh on here.

Some people have me in stitches though with what they post and it is good when we amuse each other on here- also especially in some cases out of the blue and unexpected members being the culprit too!

I am I admit, often too,very hard work as to humour, I am not that humerous myself although I have my moments.
However I do and have misjudged times on here and offline too when people have been making a joke but I have taken things way too seriously.

It's how I am I guess,I am trying to see the funny side of things more but it's very slow coming.

Normally find it pretty obvious when people aren't being serious, although there are times when people say they were only joking and I can't conceivably see how what they posted could ever be considered a joke
