well you lot reckon I talk a load of crap, so nows my chance lol:joker:
mamma mia.......1 bowel movement in a week:conf: got some anti biotics and movicol and senna tablets took 4 of each in a day and went 3 times within 24 hours, then drinking water like a shire horse
tried to trace back what the heck caused it, im usually regular....was I short on fruit and veg last week or water? hmm maybe?
I figured that on the last day I took a poo id left the pool and sat on the toilet in a squatted position with my feet on the rim, not sure why i did this i had headphones on wasnt really thinking and perhaps the remains got twisted or something in my stomach?
incidentally movicol is very effective, loads of sodium and potassium, the senna too was pretty potent....but if u take it i wouldnt suggest making a public appearance for at least 24 hours
anyways be grateful for any input and hope if anyone suffers from blocked pipes they can take something helpful from my crappy tale!
