There needs to be a shift in attitudes to stop people being allowed to do this sort of thing and to stop people being so engrossed in it all...like these celebrity magazines with nipple slip pictures and all that, it's just...mind boggling how anybody could care.

Even if it's a set up, it's still no excuse for people to be pushing and shoving and putting cameras right in people's faces. They need some respect. If I went and took a picture of someone on the street when they protested and asked me not to, I don't think people would find that acceptable and I'm pretty sure they could get the police involved? I don't see how this is any different really, they might be celebrities but they're still human. If you don't want a picture taken of you, you should be able to say no and for these scumbags to respect that and politely piss off.

That's the price you pay when you use the paps to further your own career, most of the time the Paps are called to a location by a celeb's management so that they can stay on the news so they can hardly complain when the Paparazzi arrives.

A celebrity can choose to control the paparazzi by simply not indulging them, there's plenty of huge celebs who don't get bothered by the press because they choose not to live their lives on the front of a tabloid.

According to TMZ, the 19-year-old 'Boyfriend' singer got into a "verbal altercation" with a male neighbour just after 9am local time today (March 26) at his house in Calabasas, California.

Sources described the argument as "intense" but insisted that the Canadian popstar did not make physical contact and just told the man to leave the property.

Justin Bieber has denied speculation that he is having a breakdown.

The singer has been accused of battery by his neighbour, who allegedly claimed that Bieber spat in his face and threatened to kill him.

He also made headlines during a recent incident-packed trip to London, where he showed up two hours late for a show, went around town wearing a gas mask and got into a verbal altercation with a photographer.

Bieber has now told US Weekly: "The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person. I get upset about that.

"I have a big heart. I want to be a good role model, but some people want me to fail. I'm young and I make mistakes. That's part of growing up.

"I know who I am and I'm not gonna let negativity towards me bring me down. I'm a positive person and I plan on staying that way."

The 19-year-old continued: "This business can break you down, but I have a strong team around me, and my family and all the fans. The love overcomes the negativity.

"I'm not perfect but I'm growing and trying to be better every day. That's part of life."

The popstar also insisted that his recent collapse on stage was due to flu.

"The worst thing to me is disappointing my fans," he said. "We only had five songs left, so they gave me oxygen and I decided to finish the show and then go to the hospital. The show must go on."

The 'Boyfriend' singer also explained why he was pictured walking to his hotel without a shirt in freezing temperatures.

"I still had part of my tour wardrobe on and was rushing into my hotel," he said.
