Yes, I try not to, but I can eat ice cream, chocolates, cakes in the morning or as three meals a day if I want to. :(

Not really, don't tend to eat sweet things anymore these days and I find most restaurant desserts too rich

I'm scared to get diabetes because I used to have a LOT of sugar (mainly from drinks) so I try to avoid sweet things now
