View Full Version : Pete on Day-time tv - Surely impossible
How is Pete possibly going to be able to do live day-time tv, like BBLB for example. They normally have all the housemates back on the last BBLB to talk about the whole series, but how the hell is Pete going to be able to do that?
I doubt Pete will even be able to appear on BBLB.
by punching his neck when he wants to swear
I doubt he will appear on much day time TV to be honest, he knows there is a chance he might not be able to control himself therefore will be best not to go on, if he does appear on any TV then it would probably end up being at night.

Well i think the reunion may not be live for this reason. If Pete wins, they can hardly not have him on the show
He could just have a massive outbirst just before he goes on air, but he'd probably still swear atleast a couple times.
I agree with Mike, he'll probably be on TV mainly post 9pm.

Id like to see BBLB Reuion late night this year. Think it will be better.
I think all housemates have to apper on R&J. Mybe the interview will be pre-recorded.

It'll either be pre recorded or later than usual.

Two methods....
for programs like the reunion they could use a dely allowing them to remove any unwelcome words.
as for BBLM they will pre-record the appearances and slot them into the live show.

I think people shoul lighten up just a bit. It is a medical complaint after all so give the guy a break.

Just because it is a "medical complaint" doesn't mean tv channels are going to let him shout at wankers on day-time tv.

Perhaps a few second delay, but to be honest, I don't think it's going to be all that big of an issue. Pete can usually exert enough control to make it through interviews, but if he can't, what, someone's going to go - hey, that person has a problem that forces him to do it, so we're going to punish you?
My guess is that doing so, even to the network, would be likely a violation of one of the million anti-discrimination laws for the disabled. And if fines are made, and not successfully argued away, what of it? Channel 4 will make it back double or triple.
Nahh, they'll do the interviews as normal. This ain't Lisa, there's a physical/psychological issue involved, and those who are afraid of hearing a bad word will just have to exercise those little fingers and change the channel.
