My brother had the same thing happen and his laptop had to be rebooted completely. He had to wipe the hard drive and start install the windows software from scratch.

Seriously though, Michael...Glenn's right. I think if you have Windows 8 it automatically changes to Outlook but other systems are beginning to change from hotmail to that. Lol.
