Pottermore by JK Rowling is coming to PlayStation Home, Sony has announced.

Pottermore for PlayStation Home will allow fans to explore and interact with each other in Diagon Alley, the Hogwarts Express and other famous locations from the series.

Pottermore for PlayStation Home will allow fans to explore and interact with each other in Diagon Alley, the Hogwarts Express and other famous locations from the series.

Users will also be able to participate in games such as 'Book Herding', compete in wizard duels and take part in a Harry Potter quiz.

Fans with an existing Pottermore account, meanwhile, can link profiles in order to share trading cards.

JK Rowling's Pottermore website, which offers an interactive reading experience of the Harry Potter series, launched last April.

The site was originally due to launch the previous October, but was pushed back due to "overwhelming demand" from Beta users.

It's the second time JK Rowling and Sony have teamed up, having previously collaborated on last year's Wonderbook: Book of Spells.

Featuring a new story set in the Harry Potter universe, Book of Spells allows players to learn 20 spells and put them to use in a selection of mini-games.

This somehow looks 10x better than the actual Pottermore

I haven't bothered with Pottermore for ages. I gave up when they took about 5 months to sort out the second book.

It was the most hyped product launch ever. Looking back I can't believe how many people bought into the ****ty thing and marketing gimmicks around it.
