Why is it down to the victim to perform a risk assessment? I would have thought that as a PC that would have been her responsibility?
Did she not have a flashlight, how did she know there was not someone there with a weapon?
This is the most pathetic thing I have heard, the IDS comment took some beating but this did it. :idc:
