as anyone listen to bbc radio one lately
if not they doing a power for people to study for course work at other work( ie today some one say they are going to cut the grass in a hour)
they play song no stop for that hour

i think is a good idea it help me power walk to the shop and back

dose anyone else listen to radio one lately.
if they have not they are doing a power hour where they play music for the whole hour so you can revise hard
It mostly for people that is doing coursework/revise for tests but they can do for other stuff
ie someone spent the power hour cutting grass and i power walk to the shop for the whole hour
