I was reading this earlier on another site, I dont get how the rationing is going to work, it states 2 tins per purchase but does that mean you can go in once a day or more than that and buy 2 each time or what?

tis only because China is crazy for it for some reason and people are exploiting it and making huge profits on ebay etc, heard this a couple of hours before the Maggie news
