Monterey Jack is good. Especially with Mexican food.

I love the way americans pronounce basil, we say bazil...you say baayzil.

Oh.... well, I don't like expensive mouldy looking or smelly cheeses or processed cheese in squares or triangles:yuk:
I like cottage cheese, white crumbly cheeses, mild yellow cheeses and boursin.

Oh, I thought this was about rolls. Rolls, cheese, soft, hard, like both. Some foods are better hard though :D
