How often do you change your avatar/signature...

...do you like to keep the same ones or prefer to change them regularly..do you have a 'theme', (something similar) each time you change them or do you just randomly see something that you think would be a good avatar/sig....do you have a certain quote you use, which you is something you believe in and keep all the time or do you change that regularly as well because you've seen something you think is quite profound or true etc...?...

I find it difficult to know what to put as an avatar, so rather than go through the struggle of finding a new one, I usual keep the same one for a bit, and again frequently picking Kristen saves me hassle.

As for the sig, I change the pic more often, apart from the quote, I've had for a year or two. And I think the little flag has been there longer.
