Once a day, more if the workouts depend on it. You can't sit around in sweaty knickers for hours and expect to not get a rash of some sort. And to be honest, my knickers looks like Jamie East's horizontally striped sailor shirts. Depends. I often use carrier bags what with living on the street and all. Last changed on November 6th. Currently sporting a Lidl bag (yep, those 3p ones). I've become a bit of a snob really, so it'd have to be a carrier bag from say Marks and Spencers for me to change.
