Much on these lines, I would destroy all weapons of any kind whatsoever. alter the climate a little too to ensure all peoples all over the World have a chance of survival and not have to starve to death.

I'd make vampires, werewolves and zombies real things. I'd also bring back the dinosaurs, and just watch a massive earth fight between supernaturals, dinosaurs and humans for the destiny of the planet. Then I'd flood the whole thing anyway. Whatchagonnadoo.
