hear their phone message tone, facebook chat notification, any other phantom noises, but they don't actually happen?

I swear I just heard the facebook chat notification sound but I don't have a message

Not so much a sound but I check my phone about 5 times a day thinking I felt it vibrate and that someone's sent me a text. They never have.

I used to get phantom vibrations. But now yea it's sounds, at least I know I'm not the only one.

yup. it happens.

The worst is when it's the text message sound and i start obsessing about a certain person returning my text. cause he really should text me. and then it starts ****ing with my head, cause i think, well maybe he was thinking about me, and we have a psychic connection, cause we are really connected, so maybe i was like subconsciously aware that he was thinking about me, and then it makes me wanna text him, but i don't, cause i'd sound like a psycho.

but i totally know what you mean.

Yes quite a lot, usually think my phone is buzzing, not many people text me anyway!
