The X Factor 2013 bootcamp could be revamped this year by being taken out of the UK.

Producers are apparently planning on making the second audition stage more like judges houses, filming the contestants at exotic locations across the world.

Or Ireland, if you are in Louis Walsh’s category.

A source told Star magazine this week: “The judges houses episodes are always the most watched so they are keen to duplicates that’s at the Boot Camp stage.”

They claimed: “After all, it’s much nicer see in the acts perform with a beautiful sunny backdrop rather than a dull, rainy old England

X Factor boss Simon Cowell confirmed he would be changing everything about the show this year, saying earlier this this month: “The format is ten years old and any format that has lasted that long, you have to change the format because the inevitable result is if you don’t [the ratings] will go down.

“Every aspect of the show [will be changed] in some particular way. It will look like a slightly different show to one you have seen before.”

The audition stage has already seen some confirmed changes, with the live audience ditched in favour of more intimate tryouts.

The panel is also set to see a mix up and Sharon Osborne is tipped to join the show again.

An insider claimed last week: “Simon is adamant Sharon will be back and they have been in serious talks for a while.

“She was a brilliant charge on the show from 2004 until 2007, and Simon knows the public love her no nonsense attitude, which is what the show that last year. He wants another battery on the panel for controversy.”

XF is like an old horse ready for the knackers yard. Someone put it out of its misery. These changes wont make any difference it'll still be awful.

Exactly they usually axe half of them before they even start singing so why make them waste a journey....
