The Apprentice 2013: Meet the candidates... or their voices, at least!

The Apprentice 2013 starts next month on BBC One, and here’s a first glimpse at the candidates.


But rather than some glam pictures of this year’s batch of business wannabes in their best business attire, this time the BBC has released a teaser clip of what they sound like.

In a handful of excerpts from this year’s series, we can already tell we’ll be hooked from start to finish.

The ninth series will kick off in May with Lord Sugar and his aides Nick Hewer and Karren Brady.

But despite having been on air for nearly a decade now, it seems that the show’s producers aren’t running out of ideas.

And Lord Sugar isn’t running out of comebacks either, as some of his snappy remarks in the video clip above prove.

I really hope this year's series is a return to form after last year's mess, the first 5 series were brilliant, each of them classic reality tv, but it's nose dived since then, mostly down to the candidate choices, the characters were much bigger those first 5 years, but also down to it being on way too much, I miss when I used to look forward to it two months in advance like BB, this year's the first time I've looked forward to in years thanks to these excellent tidbits and trailers, hopefully the series is as good as it's promotional material.

You need to watch season 4. By far the best of the lot. 8 and 3 have probably been my least faveourite to watch.

Yeah last years was a mess, it was only saved by Azhar but went downhill after he was fired.

Series 4 was by a mile the best, had the most idiotic winner and the legends that are Raef, Michael Sophocles and carrot top Jenny:
