Do dogs cry?

I can't tell, as how would it know it's owner is in that grave? Also it seems to be raining or wet, so maybe that face is because it is wet or cold?

I believe they can, they certainly feel because you can tell when they feel hurt.
They have amazing scent senses and it will know something or someone strongly connected to it was in that area/place.

Agree Joey,but have never seen a dog cry like that ,it's usually a yelping noise,it's so sad to see him though
