I was asked to upload pictures of the scenery, and figured I'd make a thread for it whilst bragging about the fact Uganda has a dairy milk bar that has both milk and white chocolate on the same square and I don't think anywhere else does?
Suckers.
I guess if theres any interest in this and I see anything else picture-worthy I'll add it to this thread when it comes.

Looks fantastic. I'd show you my front garden (not a euphemism), but it's a driveway. All that green is nice and all, but can't beat greyey black tarmac.
...aww, thank you for doing this BB, these are amazing...I can't believe how green it all is..how much rain do you get..?...what a view.....is the lake near you as well..?....
...hmmm, I'm a bit dubious about the last picture...I think maybe it's just the lighting or it's photoshopped..can you send proof of this chocolate, so we know that it's real..?...

Its real and its awesome! http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=cadburys+top+deck&sugexp=chrome,mod%3D16&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=TM16Ua2ZCImb1AXZ04CIAg&biw=1366&bih=667&sei=Uc16Uc_5NsXT0QX6_4HYBQ#um=1&hl=en&tbm=isch&q=cadbury%27s+top+deck&spell=1&sa=X&ei=Us16UdK0H4Om0wWumYHACw&ved=0CFAQBSgA&bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&bvm=bv.45645796,d.d2k&fp=3910c0b9870dadb2&biw=1366&bih=667
And no the lake is nowhere near me, its Lake Bunyonyi. Its the second deepest lake in the world, I think. Pretty good night out, thought I was a good enough swimmer to visit a different island about a couple kilometers away, but nearly drowned and threw up like 8 times.

He mentioned about the choclate bar.
But also I didn't realise until now we had a member who lived in Uganda. Look at TiBB reaching all corners of the globe.

My garden, playing with fisheye camera settings, teaching pop songs, classrooms I'm attempting to build and taking advantage of £3.50 Smirnoff vodka bottles

Second deepest lake in the world? That's terrifying.

..great pics BB......your garden looks amazing, the views are lovely, I still can't get over how green everything is..the fisheye setting is a bit weird lol..I like your choice of songs and that's a really fun way for the children to learn as well...what's the building..a school..?....
..the £3.50 vodka...on a scale of 1-10..?...not that I would know the difference as I'm more of a milkshake drinker, myself....
...great pics again, I really look forward to your posts and 'updates'..thank you so much for doing this BB........

There was a good article in the guardian recently about white people doing "charity" in 3rd world countries and how self serving it really is. And how it doesn't really benefit the the communities they think they are helping.
The class I teach and most of their friends and families are all still living in poverty if thats what you mean.. I guess that wont change too fast either if there are much more people who display the same level of benighted uneducated ignorance you seem to like displaying in all of your posts.

I'm hoping to finish building a classroom for a school before I leave. Primary schools are suppose to go up to P7 which I think is the equivalent to year 6, the school I teach at only goes up to P6 at the moment though so most children drop out of school before secondary school which sucksss.
And the guy who taught here before me taught them the lyrics to 'Brown Eyed Girl' so I thought I'd up the game! But the lyrics are sung too fast haha it'll take a while but theyre all gonna be Cary Rae Jepson fans before I leave too!

Yea i'm ignorant, i guess the BBC is ignorant too because plenty of their reporters agree with me.
